Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of United Fleet Fluid & Filter Systems (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

The Service lists filters, OEM part numbers, cross references, fluid types and capacities for heavy trucks, plus tools for worksheets, pricing, customer quotes and fleet reminders. Prices shown are estimates only.

2. Verify before you order or service

Spec data is provided for reference and may contain errors. Some data is compiled from general sources or generated with AI and has not been confirmed by the truck or engine manufacturer. Always confirm part numbers, fluid specifications and capacities against the manufacturer's service information, the VIN/engine build, and the part itself before ordering parts or servicing a vehicle. You are responsible for the work performed and parts used.

3. Accounts

• Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One shop per account. Do not resell, copy, scrape or redistribute the spec data.

4. Credits and Shop Plan

There are no free lookups. Credits are bought in packs; each credit unlocks one truck's spec sheet for 24 hours from when it is used, and unused credits do not expire. The Shop Plan is billed in advance monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Promotional codes apply only as described at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload the Service, no automated downloading of data, and no sending spam through quote or reminder emails.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, United Fleet Fluid & Filter Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including vehicle damage, downtime or lost profits, arising from use of the Service or its data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can cancel any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes
