Refunds & Cancellation

Cancel any time

Cancel from Plans → Manage billing. Your Shop Plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

• Payments are for access already provided, so we do not refund partial months, unused time on yearly plans, or credits that have been used. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge, or a renewal you cancelled before it happened), contact bullswheels@gmail.com within 14 days and we will refund it.

Credits

Credit packs are one-time payments and never renew. Credits do not expire.
