Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, shop name, email, and your Google profile name/picture if you sign in with Google.
• Shop data you enter: prices, worksheets, fleet trucks and mileage, customer names and emails you send quotes to, your logo.
• Location you choose (ZIP or region) for price estimates, stored on your device.
• Anonymous usage: a random visit ID, the page and the ad or link that brought you, to measure which ads work.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To run the Service, send the emails you ask for (quotes, fleet reminders), send account emails (billing), occasional offers you can unsubscribe from, and to improve the Service.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that run the Service for us: hosting, Stripe (payments), our email provider, and AI providers used to look up specs and prices (truck details only). We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from offers using the link in any offer email.
• Ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted by contacting bullswheels@gmail.com.

Security and retention

Logins use secure, http-only cookies and passwords are stored hashed. We keep data while your account is active and delete it on request, except where we must keep billing records.
